NOLYM users may request permanent deletion of their NOLYM account and the personal data associated with that account.
You do not need to reinstall or open the NOLYM application to submit a deletion request from this page.

To request deletion of your NOLYM account, submit the form below using the email address associated with your NOLYM account.

What Happens After You Submit
Veu Now LLC may take reasonable steps to verify that the request is being made by the NOLYM account owner or another person authorized to make the request.
Once verified, NOLYM will process the account-deletion request within a reasonably prompt period and in accordance with applicable law.
You do not need access to the NOLYM mobile application to complete a request submitted through this page.
What Will Be Deleted
When a NOLYM account-deletion request is completed, NOLYM will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account that is no longer required for a legitimate purpose.
Depending on the account and features used, this may include:

NOLYM account and profile information;
-
profile preferences;
-
account identifiers;
-
user-generated content associated with the account where deletion is appropriate;
-
social and account-related information;
-
stored account preferences;
-
request information that is not subject to a legitimate retention requirement; and
-
other personal information associated with the account that is no longer required.
Deleting an account means permanent account deletion. Merely disabling, suspending, freezing, or deactivating an account is not treated as account deletion.
Information That May Be Retained
Some information may need to be retained after account deletion when reasonably necessary for legitimate purposes such as:

payment and payout records;
-
transaction and accounting records;
-
tax or regulatory requirements;
-
fraud prevention;
-
chargebacks or payment disputes;
-
platform security;
-
abuse-prevention records;
-
unresolved disputes;
-
legal obligations;
-
legal preservation requirements; or
-
establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Any retained information will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose and handled according to the NOLYM Privacy Policy.
Delete Your Account From Within NOLYM
Users who still have access to NOLYM may also use the account-deletion option available within the application.
Using this website is an alternative method for users who have uninstalled NOLYM, cannot access their account through the app, or otherwise prefer to submit the request through the web.
